Today we went to the sandford fishing company and learned on how the practice sustainability in their fishing practices! This company makes sure that fish are not wasted and release the fish they don’t need unharmed and back into the ocean! They have also provided methods of fishing that aid in the release of incidental catching of sea lions which are an endangered species. It was great to see a company that is committed to protecting the ocean and the wildlife living in it and it was refreshing to hear that they keep themselves and other accountable for their acts as well. It was a great 3rd day!
